how to enable USB debugging

hi there how to enable USB debugging ON
cuz i'm want using program to control my phone on PC

If you don't know where to find this settings, then you probably shouldn't connect your phone to some software running from a PC.
You can find the setting in the developer options. Google search and read some threads about what you want to do before you do it so you're aware of what you're doing 🙂
