How to change the caller contact picture to little circle image instead of full screen image

I badly want to change that full-screen caller contact to small circle contact i don't know when this setting changed in my phone but i badly want the circle one

IS there an option to change this somewhere because for few contacts it shows in fullscreen as in picture 1 and for the rest i get in little circle


the image 1 is from gmail which it automatically obtained and the second one is an image which i uploaded through contact settings
