Headphones not working when incall/voice chat

While I'm calling someone the headphones don't work(3.5 headphone jack) it's on the speaker instead of my headphones.

@Anders_ASUS hello sir , I have a similar problem with my device . When I used 3.5mm port on aero cooler , sound are ok but the microphone aren't. If I use the normal phone 3.5mm port , the mic work perfectly, do you think this is because the bug or the fans ?
