ronald1985In my thread you said this is because of static charge LoL😀 Now you asking for settingshttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/136586#Comment_136586
What would be good is to list out some settings that you have on? While doing this, think about when does this happen? For example is this only on specific settings that's turned on?

ronald1985No it didn't happened in only chrome it happened to me while I am on app drawer that time also happened that.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/137546#Comment_137546

I havent managed to reproduce the issue even if I have 120hz on. I have the same model as Melqui, the 12GB version so it makes sense if I can produce the same issue, we have better chance of telling Asus this is an issue.
If you can reproduce the issue consistently and able to justify that it is an issue by giving us scenarios of what settings you have, I will be happy to be quiet and leave it to Asus. Otherwise, the blabbing of just saying it is an issue isnt helping anyone.

AnilkumarHere is the thing, no software or phone is perfect and I am not saying there's no issues. Some unfortunate people will face issues. At the same time, the people who face these issues needs to say how the issue can reproduced.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/137563#Comment_137563

Now you can see that from that day to now I didn't say anything to my thread that I am facing this issue again in A9 also.

- Rooted or not: NO
- Frequency of Occurrence: Every Time

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

CURRENT CONFIGURATION:
- Glove Mode: Disabled
- Air Triggers: Disabled
- Refresh Rate: 120Hz
DESCRIPTION:
I have detected an issue that happens every time when I browse some specific URLs, using Chrome Browser or Brave Browser, for example the following URL:
https://www.jba.gr/es/Hebreos-10_23-29-35-39-si-pecamos-voluntariamente-si-alguno-retrocede.htm
After loading that URL in the browser and then scrolling up and down a few times quickly, the screen became unresponsive, even after closing the browser.
Attempts to use the phone after this is almost impossible, all apps fails because of the ghost touches.
Testing the screen using a "Touch Screen Test" app, I can see the ghost touch issue, since it detects at least 2 touches in different places even though I'm using only 1 finger.
The only way to fix is to restart the phone.
I have owned this phone for 1 year aprox and never experienced this issue, looks like software related.
What I don't understand is why after closing the browser (killing it on the task manager), the issue persist and the only workaround is to restart the phone.
HOW TO REPRODUCE:
- Open Chrome Browser or Brave Browser
- Navigate the URL: https://www.jba.gr/es/Hebreos-10_23-29-35-39-si-pecamos-voluntariamente-si-alguno-retrocede.htm
- Scroll the screen up and down a few times quickly
- Now the screen should start showing the issue

Could someone else test if this happens on other phone or it is just mine?
Thanks in advance,
Pablo
