Games run at 1 FPS below their usual cap with the latest update

Hi everyone,
I noticed that after the latest update every game I have runs 1 FPS below their actual cap (119 instead of 120, 59 instead of 60 and 29 instead of 30). I'm attaching some screenshots of the games I have on my phone. It's not a first world problem but still something that we didn't have before.







Hope it can be fixed in a later update.

It's always been like that for me. It's because they're probably running at V-sync cap. Which is like 119.9994hz or something. The FPS counter is just rounding down.

@Volodesi in my case instead I've always been able to see the full cap, so it's the first time I notice this issue and so I'm assuming it's related to the last update.
