Game genie still running when not in game

I'm not in game still game genie keeps running. This happens when we go outside game without exiting from it.

I just got this issue too..But i got this after newest update today..
Its only affected on my portrait games..On my other landscape games its going fine..

Are you sure about that? Our devs says that it has always been like this. Even with the first ROG and that it's a system limitation in both ROG Phone and Rog Phone II.

This may happen on rare occasions and it's fixed with a simple restart

Not rare. I've had this many times .

@Anders_ASUS I can confirm even properly exiting from games still has this issue sometimes.
