Game genie still running when not in game

I'm not in game still game genie keeps running. This happens when we go outside game without exiting from it.

seems like you're at homescreen but game genie is still running. kinda strange
usually, it happens if the game directs you to another app. in this case, just getting out to homescreen then go back to the directed app will solve the problem. it is just a small glitch but hope asus will fix it

This happens quite often in my case. In that case I've to restart my phone very often.
