Finger print is not showing when the phone is locked

Model Name: Rog phone 2
Firmware Version:
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: permanent issue.it was working fine before.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

I have to press power button or double tap to wake up the phone then I use fingerprint scanner. Fingerprint was working fine even when the phone was locked before. I just have to keep my finger on screen to unlock. Does anyone aware of this issue? any fix available? @CH_ASUS @Anders_ASUS

@sathishinsat2 Double-check your settings.
Settings -> Security & lock screen -> Fingerprint -> Unlock device -> Enable 'Screen off unlock'
Make sure the other settings are activated as well, if you want the indicator visible.
