Fast charging bug

It don't know if anyone is facing this or not but there are times when the phone doesn't fast charge . I had to change 3 wires(2 of which were original asus) before the phone acknowledged fast charging. It feels more of a software bug rather than the phone's charging jack.
Any thoughts ?

Yep I tried the side port as well and the same thing occured

Its cable issue. You can try other type C cable. Even I had same issue and replaced the cable

Does it always fast change every time you connect the cable that worked? Maybe the other two were partly broken unless they were both new?
