@kAkA47 I believe you might have accidentally installed the 'Unlock Device App' tool instead of the latest firmware package.
The phone should boot normally if you don't touch anything. The firmware update package you probably were looking to install can be found by going to BIOS & FIRMWARE: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ROG%20Phone%20II%20(ZS660KL)/HelpDesk_Download/
