Chrome freeze (after stable update) QUESTION

Recently my ROG2 still occur to Chrome Freeze issue even after update.
Then while it freeze,i try to pull down my Notification bar after that Chrome return back to Normal
@Anders_ASUS mention this is Chrome issue.
Question, is it really Chrome issue or OS issue here?

Ya...it kinda look that way.... But Asus side say it us Google's issue....

Wonder why Asus say is Google's fault?
