BUG in Music player colorized notification shade

when i touch the notification shade of spotify or jiosaavn or any music app the colorized notification turn into white (if the system theme is light) or dark grey (if the system theme is dark)

in dark mode , you can't see anything in notification players like YouTube Spotify
