Avast scanner

Hi There,

Just wandering if the in-built Avast scanner that does the scanning via the privacy and secruity has updated virus definitions when you guys send an FOTA or if its linked to the secruity update or anything?
Curious to see if it is up to date or if its worth getting a full app.

Avast scanner

It updates based on when Avast has new defintions. I have Avast. Please see below pictures:

It does help although now i don't know how you accessed that part xD

All i can find on my phone is this part. If i search my phone i can't seem to access avast or update it or anything. Just that this scan is done via avast.

You need to wait for it to finish scanning or cancel it first.
Then go top right of screen there will be 3 dots and then press on Update virus database. It will show you the screen in my previous post.
