@sidd.up43 It's because of the service center available in your area is bad and may be they are even lying that they have repaired your device, shutdown issue is related to motherboard where they should replace a new one. Same thing happened to me, it took like one and half month to get the response from Noida asus service center. Service center named f1infosolution in guwahati at b baruah road, the staff are totally hopeless they doesn't care about the customer, they keep on postponing the date that my device will be repaired. But thanks to this zentalk forum and mainly a big thanks to Alop sir. My problems are solved by him,noida asus service center and this forum. Now i am happy asus didnt disappoint me.
