My Brand new Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting. It's not hot and many times its when I'm not usind the phone.
Is this a error in the Android 15 that needs to be fixed or is it the phone that has a fault in the hardware so I need to send it in again?

Factory reset and do a clean install. Avoid importing Google data during setup (select start as new)
Don't use full back up that reinstall all apps for you. Instead copy important files somewhere and restore them after a factory reset. It's a common issue when copying stuff from old to new phone e.g. Samsung to Asus. I don't have problems when copying stuff from Asus to Asus but when your old phone is a different brand then you may have some problems.

Hi @Rako1986
This is very odd, it could be that maybe an app is producing the issue, have you tried doing a complete factory reset of the phone?

I did a factory reset to day and bow its seems to work. I think what went wrong was the backup by cable where i said yes to restore all apps and settings from my old Samsung. So i did a setup without backup this time and I thinks that was right thing to do.

Thank you for this really good reply on my post. I tried that just as you describe last night and so far no problems now. Just had one time this morning where it did it but before it was 20 times a day
