My Brand new Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting. It's not hot and many times its when I'm not usind the phone. Is this a error in the Android 15 that needs to be fixed or is it the phone that has a fault in the hardware so I need to send it in again?

Sadly it kept happening after 4 factory resets Asus support told me to sent it in. It also started to stop charning at a random procent and sometimes it also showed that it was wireless charging while in my handSo i´m withput my phone for the next 4 ...

Thank you for this really good reply on my post. I tried that just as you describe last night and so far no problems now. Just had one time this morning where it did it but before it was 20 times a day

I did a factory reset to day and bow its seems to work. I think what went wrong was the backup by cable where i said yes to restore all apps and settings from my old Samsung. So i did a setup without backup this time and I thinks that was right thing...
