Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting

My Brand new Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting. It's not hot and many times its when I'm not usind the phone.  Is this a error in the Android 15 that needs to be fixed or is it the phone that has a fault in the hardware so I need to send it in again?
