ROG Phone 9 - black screen and screen freezing issues

So I got a new rog phone 9 pro edition a few weeks ago as I decided to try asus after being a RedMagic customer for years. 

For a 1500 euros phone, it has too many issues. In a few weeks time, the screen has already gone black 3 times, leaving you no option other than to force reboot the phone since you cannot perform any touch commands. The phone also has a tendency to freeze especially during Call of Duty Mobile. Also, sometimes the AniMe Vision keeps showing for a long time when the screen is off, when it's supposed to turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity. During this I noticed that the time shown in AniMe Vision gets stuck to a particular time and keeps showing the same time over and over again. Already installed the latest phone update and game genie is the latest version 

Has anyone experienced these issues or similar?

By the way I treat my phones as if they were a child of mine, so it's not an issue of my phone falling off or other carelessnesses.

Have you ever dropped or washed your phone?

Try to restore everything or maybe well yeah...wait for a new update.

Same here I must say for gaming my old phone rog phone 7 ultimate better than my new phone rog phone 9 pro in gaming play I really disappointed from my new phone he is freezing  and crush  in codm game and the cooler are so bad you have to problem this thinks the game mode freezing a lot and the cooler with 2 button not do the job it's freezing my fingers the old one with 4 button more comfortable from the new cooler please do something about that
