Lags and heats for those specs

I will start with an example: Wild Rift(League of Legends) asks me after matches if I want to reduce graphics quality as frame rate was lower than expected even though I run the game in 60 fps and without max settings. Sometimes the lag is obvious for brief moments and also the phone heats more than it should for its hardware specs. I compare it to my 4 generations old SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA and there isn't much of a difference, ecxcept on paper, not to mention that unlike the samsung which I always used with a SIM card as my main phone, this phone runs without one, the SIM making a huge difference in battery drain and phone heathing. Over all of this I can add that I deactivated most of the phone's features that could drain battery, heat or use processing power and any intelligent feature that could run in the background as I want to use the phone only to play and record.

My conclusion after all this is that the software is not well optimized and you should do something about this soon as it will have a great impact over customer decision to buy future rog phones. At the moment I am pretty disappointed, but I still want to give the phone a chance.

Unfortunately, the ROG phone software is complicated, it is never 100% polished since the instability is due to the heating problems of the equipment as it begins to suffer stress , and this affects the performance of the equipment, now even if it uses pure Android as a base, the ROG functions are not completely updated, the genius software included has not undergone a wash, It's been a long time since it came out, and most of its additions are in beta or not well polished.

Still, the 4 generations old S21 suffers the same stress, but still has no lag, not to mention the inferior specs. From 16gb ram to 24 and a 4 years old processor I think it should male a big difference. If ASUS wants to sell a premium phone, they should release it only when it is ready and premium as it should be. I still sustain that they should now focus on making anything on the phone run smoothly, as the games I've tested are not even top tier games in terms of graphics.
