Buttons not working on ASUS Aero Active Cooler X PRO

When connecting headphones to the ASUS Aero Active Cooler X PRO cooler jack, the buttons stop working.

Which firmware version are you on? And what headphones are you using?

 Hello. I attach the firmware version in the screenshot. I usually use ASUS ROG CETRA II CORE or Logitech G333 Gaming Earphones. This problem occurs when connecting any headphones, when I connect the cooler to the phone, and then connect the phone to the power supply. In this case, the cooler buttons stop working. If you connect the cooler to the phone without power supply, this problem does not occur.

у меня такая же прошивка и такой же самы глюк ! ставлю кулер от 8про всё работает идиально
