It was my mistake when I updated system I wasn't shutdown developer option, so my display cutout was settled on waterfall cutout, when system was updated I was unable to access the settings, calendar, weather, contacts, messages, calculator... all app that has been already on the phone. I was doing hard reset and now it's all normal I think.
