I can't update the Aero Active Cooler x pro on my rog phone 9 pro and When I connect to my phone it shows the version as Aero Active Cooler x not x pro What must I do?

Please, I’m begging you—help me. I put so much trust in this ASUS model that I saved up to buy both the phone and its accessories. I truly believe the problem isn’t from me, so please, please guide me on how to fix it.
