Stuck at 60 fps

Game is stuck at 60fps even on ultra settings, kinda need it to be fixed, my 3year old phone runs the game better than this

For us to look into this we are going to need some more details, which game is this? And what's your screen refresh rate in the Game Genie settings?

it's mobile legends, it also says 60 even though I put it in 120hz refresh rate

found out when I reinstall the game and enable ultra refresh rate again it goes straight to a stable 120fps, but as soon as I close and reopen the game it reverts back to 60 then when I put the game in recent then open it up it goes to 100-110
