Rog Phone 8 can not power on

Dear support,

My Rog phone 8 can't not power even i plug in the power cable

S1AIOC430591WNM (AI2401-5B032WW)

Sometime battery too low, left it plugged in for 5-10 min. The phone will boot it self. If not your phone have problem

Be sure that your wall socket is getting power. Test cable with other android phone to see it charge.

As the user RGI mentioned, it could be that the battery need some extra energy, connect it to the side port and let it charge for a couple of hours.

If your phone does have problems after this, try getting into recovery mode by pressing Volume Up + Power Button for some seconds.
