Had speaker issue after update to the latest version. Might be QC issue after screen repair or Update.
Checked in safe mode and in .12345+=

Speakers are working fine in update V407. ( I think your even the first one mention something about the speaker XD).
But you mentioned you got a screen repair? So its better to look at that first.
