What I can recommend is to long-pressing the app, select "App battery usage" and choose "Unrestricted" as the app could be targeted by the battery saver.
Please try this and let me know if it works.

Hi Mattias_ASUS, thanks a lot for the solution, but still no luck with the Video Doorbell APP, The other app was working when I changed to "Unrestricted" though.
