Over temperature

I have an rog phone 8 pro and I think is a problem with temperature, if I don't use the cooler when I play temperature is around 45-57 , always

Hello, I also have this phone and without a cooler it doesn't exceed 45 degrees, so I can play for up to four or five hours

Welcome to the Snapdragon 8gen 3 experience. The 8gen3 runs warmer then the previous 8gen2. 

I think also the cooling capacity of the 8 pro is less then the 7 ultimate. You can try to run advanced settings and turn down the clock speed down a little. It should reduce the heat with minor impact on performance ( pending on your game).
