Im wondering if the rog phone 8 pro have 120 fps in codm

If we talk about Battle Royale then it's locked to 90fps.
Those settings need to be changed by the game developer, I would recommend reaching out to them.
As it now the settings are:
Multiplayer frame rate: 120
Battle Royale  frame rate: 90
Undead Siege frame rate: 90
