Did anyone get the lifting glass fixed?

I picked up my phone today and the back sounded extra hollow.  Yep, the glass is loose again.  This time it opened up at the corner near the camera bump.  I can slide a piece of paper into the phone through the opening so it's definitely not cosmetic.  The adhesive feels like it has disintegrated even though the phone has led a very easy life - no baking in the sun, no rain, no chemicals, no sand.  It missed out on my last two vacations because it was at ASUS for repairs.

This will be my third RMA.  Did anyone who had this problem in a new phone manage to get it fixed?  Not semi-fixed, but actually fixed?

I am using asus rog 8 Pro and I hve given to service centre for 8 times 8 RMA number for the issue back pannel lifting on power button side..they said it's. Can't be fixed ask for replacement the service centre PPL...as it just opens in a day after service ..asus never agreeing for replacement they telling we hve extended 2 months warranty for u .I never got this problem solved ..daily calling customer care for some help in replacement mobile since it's in warranty

I got it back from repairs with new adhesive.  Hopefully it's not the same weak goo as before.   Before the last time I sent it in, the adhesive was as soft as chewing gum.  I could press the back closed and it would make gooey noises as it opened itself up again.

There is no fix for it ..my service centre saying it's due to design issue misalignment of the parts like wireless charging etc improper design of mobile while making many phones hve this issue..only way to solve is asking for replacement call them continuously bro

Nah, I'll talk to my credit card company about a refund if it opens up a 4th time.
