Can't register aeroactive cooler X

I can't register aeroactive cooler X which comes inbox with rog 8 pro edition i bought, can someone help ? It said invalid product Serial Number

Hi @AlexH 
When you buy a Pro Edition it comes in a bundle so when you register your phone it also registers the cooler, since it was not a separate purchase
