Bluetooth Earphone Volume

I am using a generic brand of Bluetooth Earphone, I think I have updated my ROG Phone 8 software and now, somehow, the volume seems not loud enough?? 

Does anyone had the same experience and observation?

Firmware Version: 34.1420.1420.427

And does this happen on every sound app? Or just a specific one?

Even the phone itself doesn't sound like I bought it the first time? When it's was new, its kinda louder with or without bluetooth earphones.
