When I use AeroActive Cooler X, I plug in charger to the AAC X port and switch to frozen mode it disconnected and connect the power 1 to 2 times. Sometimes worst, straight not charging nor taking power at all, but after I unplug AAC from phone and plug in again it work but still disconnect and connected power again when put frozen mode. I tested plug in the charger for few sec or minute and use frozen mode, sometimes it also would disconnect and connect the power again. Have anyone face this problem before? Or it just normal?
NOTE: I USE OFFICIAL CHARGER OUT OF THE BOX.
