Aeroactive cooler x pro Issue

My aeroactive cooler x pro is working when the usb-c is not plugged in, but when i try to plug the usb and try different modes it doesn't cools my Rog Phone 9 Pro after I detached the cooler,

maybe the problem was the cooler or the Charger Brick/Usb cable,

has anyone experienced something like this?

I meant the firmware of your phone. 
But do you have a ROG Phone 9 Pro? Or an ROG Phone 8? This is the ROG Phone 8 forum and just wanted to doublecheck.
