Aeroactive cooler x does not work since last update.

When the device is cool, basically unused, and I put the cooler on it, it works without a problem and cools even when playing games afterwards, listening to music, etc.

The problem comes when I'm already playing, that is, with the device hot as normally when playing; when I connect the cooler only the fan turns in frozen mode, if it turns quickly, but it doesn't cool anything.

I'm not able to recreate the issue, how long are you playing the game with the cooler?
And when you take it out, does the cooling pad area feel cold to the touch?

Same happened to me, thecooler X stopped working since last update .427 it Even doesnt cool without playing and feels like if it was just using air, cooling pad feels hot. Does Asus test their updates before launch them?

I have been using the cooler x for 3 months, it happened to me the same day I updated, in the case where there is a failure the pad does not cool down, in fact it heats up due to the cell phone.
