When the device is cool, basically unused, and I put the cooler on it, it works without a problem and cools even when playing games afterwards, listening to music, etc.
The problem comes when I'm already playing, that is, with the device hot as normally when playing; when I connect the cooler only the fan turns in frozen mode, if it turns quickly, but it doesn't cool anything.

Which firmware version are you on? And does the same happens in different cooling modes?

427, look, I was already looking and the problem apparently occurs when I want to connect the cooler to the power and then to the cell phone.
Otherwise, if I first connect the cooler to the cell phone and then to the power, that problem does not happen, but it is not justified and it is a mistake, it did not happen before. It didn't matter that you connected a cooler, cable, power box and so on to the cell phone, now there is a problem.
It basically forces you to connect the cooler to the cell phone first and waste battery.
I'm not sure about the cooling mode, but I think it only happens with the frozen mode since it is the one that works with the charger connected.

Any solution?? It's frustrating for such an expensive device.

Nah they don't care, we gonna have to wait for next update and pray for our coolers lol
