Why is Wi-FI 7 6ghz still not a thing?

My ROG phone 7 is still unable to connect to WIFI-7 6 GHz even though my country has enabled 6GHz wifi according to this:

Well, thats the whole point of my post lol.

I was trying to bring awareness to the Asus mobile team to push for a firmware update to allow us to use 6 GHz Wi-Fi and neither the Mod or the Asus team members said anything yet.

Honestly, I don't know if I should upgrade to Asus ROG 9 or 10 if this keeps up ngl, the after-sales service is quite terrible for such a massive company.
