Whatsapp Crash

Hellow ,Can I find a file to fix the problem when opening the WhatsApp application, I looked for a Telegram channel but it couldn't be installed because it was invalid

No it doesn't mostly require to wipe data unless Devs mess up which Asus Devs are expert at. Many have factory reset their devices in this forum and not even one was solved after factory reset.
