Have been using this device since July 2023 without any bugs, but yesterday without any reason the screen froze and it shut down. Thought it was just a glitch but it has happened over 20 times since yesterday. This is ridiculous. How do I fix this **bleep**? Please roll out an update asus!!! I beg you!

There is a trick that you have to press down or up + power button for lime 60 secs and it will boot up the Logo again. It's a software crap issue.
