Finally, we are now being heard everyone !

Droidwin ( A YouTuber) wrote a topic regarding overheating , fps drop , air triggers malfunction , and other issues on ROG 7 A14 .

I spoke with the author and he mentioned, " The more the number of user reports, the faster will be the chances of the issue getting in the eyes of Asus, and the quicker it might get addressed or at least we might get the downgrade package from them."

Droidwin warns user due to high overheating :

If there was still any iota of doubt that it was just a one-off incident, then we could now quash all those suspicions to rest as we are now receiving a plethora of logs from various affected users. As is evident from those logs, the temperature easily reaches 47 degrees Celsius even when the device is discharging.This could prove to be quite a scary situation if it isn’t addressed at the earliest. In the meantime, we advise the users not to use their device for a prolonged time period as things might take a turn for the worse, so a cool down period for your device is a must, at least for the next few weeks until [or rather if] the issue is addressed.

you know from IT perspective or maybe from work perspective, what r they doing now is kinda funny actually.

1. The dev persist that the program they develop is flawless until they got slap by hard fact that it failed spectacularly.

2. The moderator got little to no information, use wrong word for explanation, and got bombarded by general public.

3. The supervisor who see this just stay silent like they don't care what happen to the face of the company in public.

4. The CFO or higher up just some kind of people who happen to get the job without knowing how to direct his subordinate.

why i said this is funny ? cause from my experience in intermediate black company for 3 years, I've been in position where i act as developer, manager of a developer team, public relations, team leader, with only a background degree in IT and luckily survived that without this kind of blunder.

you don't need to know everything, if u know everything we as human won't survive as we will live by ourself without others. But what you should know are how to choose which word to respond to customer complaint, help looking for the problem (even non IT can do this and it's BETTER for non IT to look for the problem).

Hi , I think they are just planning to break down our rog phones and they are doing a great job so far.

You're not alone. I bought the rog 5 and 7 because of the huge battery and the dual front firing speakers + a headphone jack.
