No Video out from my Asus Aeroactive Cooler 7

Hi Team,

There is a video out when connecting it directly to the Side port (where the Active cooler is connected) But when pairing it with the AeroActive cooler, it seems that it does not support video out (Phone>AeroActive cooler > Dock. Do i need to install something or is this going to be updated in the near future?

I am planning to use the dock to connect to my Video Capture Card.

The AeroActive cooler in my Old ROG Phone 3 works with the Professional Dock so I assumed it will also work, but I was wrong. 😞

The AAC does not support Video Out

Thanks @Mattias_ASUS ! Is this due to the hardware or can a software/firmaware update fix this? I had to use a 3rd party cooler just to be able to stream+keep my temps at bay. which sucks because i like the extra buttons on the AAC, playing CODM and it reaches 41degrees C when there is no cooler attached.

It is due to hardware limitation, a firmware update can't fix this
