Hi, have you tried doing a factory reset? In some cases after updating to a new OS version there might be some leftover code, to solve this the best solution is to do a factory reset so you can have a clean install of the OS

After factory reset nothing changed ,We need downgrade steps to android 13 if you will not fix this issue ASAP
