Hello everyone, has anyone here recently experienced the Genie game not working or the app continuously crashing? Even when playing, the Genie game feature doesn’t appear?

Yup you are not. I'm faced this issue while I was playing pubg mobile. Now I'm waiting for Asus response if they don't respond now I will never buy there phone. They suck

i just have the same problem so i don't know if this work for everyone, so what i did is open setting then search game genie and open the info for it turn it off and force stop clear cache and storage after that turn it on again (im doing this while i open one of my game btw) then get back to the game

so this work for me and im on rog 7 btw
