Charging

My Asus Rog phone 7 ultimate is not charging from its primary pot and side pot is still working i thought may be it's primary pot is broken or something but by using another charger it is working. 

Rog charger is working and phone is still charging from another charger but not from Asus charger I don't know why but I am confused..

That does sound confusing! It's good to hear your phone is still charging with another charger, but it's odd that the ASUS charger isn't doing the job. Have you tried cleaning the charging port and the charger connector? Sometimes a little dust or debris can mess with the connection.
