Asus rog phone 7 ultimate the processor is heating up

I bought it from hands, so I don't know the reasons for the processor heating up. How did you determine that it was a processor? In the list of services that use the battery, the processor consumes 80% and the phone sits down quickly because of this. I do not know of any solutions without installing root rights, and there is no way to contact technical support for help. The service just replaced the battery for me and it improved the battery life situation, but not much.
I hope someone here understands this better than someone who can only advise using economy mode.

If you play mobile games for some minutes and you are at 144 or 165hz of course it will heats up!

No. The phone heats up in sleep mode. And before replacing the battery, it was completely discharged in 4 hours lying on the table. And yes, it always costs 60 HZ. The phone was reset to factory settings several times, so it's definitely not the pirated firmware to blame.

This could be a software glitch, then. Mine is lasting only for 4~5hours playing screen on and it's games like clash or PoGO.
