my phone just made an update and i cant receive or make a call though i can text messages or use my data and help with that?

In some cases a change of configuration within the service provider can change certain services and compatibility.

Is your VoLTE enabled? Please follow the steps below to check if VoLTE is enabled:
1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet.

2. Tap settings icon beside SIM.

3. Enable Volte to use Volte service and select Preferred network type include 4G.
