I have just recently not been able to receive or call anyone?? I'm with Telstra in Australia have contacted them and they can't figure it out anyone have suggestions?

1. I have reset the Network

2. Yes tried putting it to airplane mode have restarted the phone aswell.

3. Yes have tried 4g only, 5g only, and auto connect 3g,4g,5g

4. Telstra gave me a weird number to ring that reset the mobile network.

To be able to figure out what could be the issue I'm going to ask you some questions.
1- Which firmware version are you on?
2- Could you please provide a long screenshot from [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Internet] > [SIM 1] > gear icon

3- Is your signal strength normal when this happens?
