aeroactive 7 not working on rog 7 ultimate after new update frimware

I just bought this phone and after updating the Aeroactive 7 system and firmware after I restarted the phone and it can't be used it's Aeroactive 7, is there any solution?

Hi!

Do the LEDs on the AAC light up when you connect it? Or does not react at all? To test this please connect the ACC and let it be connected for 30 seconds and see if there is any change.

Let me know if this doesn't change.

 i already update to a latest update version , mybe the update frimware problem fix it asus please
