Rog Phone 6d turns off while playing internal music

While playing music offline from the device's internal memory with the screen turned off, the phone completely turns off, and it can occure in different time length, after playing music for 5, 10, 30 min or more. Tried different music players, no result. It happens for 2 years of use with different firmware. Online music and videos plays normally without problems. I'm using the last official firmware from the site.

Best they'll do is ignore this and makes everything worse in the next update(if they would even release another update) the only option you have is throw away this phone since asucks has made sure that users have no way to fix our devices because all of the problems are purely software thing
