Rog 6d ultimate Update failed

Rog 6D ultimate

Non rooted 

Fw 31.0840.0840.67

I just download update file from asus website for update to android 13 

I just put it on root folder after restart update showed up but after click to update immediately updated failed

Any idea ?!
