Rog 6d ultimate Update failed

Hi 

Rog 6D ultimate

Non rooted 

Fw 31.0840.0840.67

I just download update file from asus website for update to android 13 

I just put it on root folder after restart update showed up but after click to update immediately updated failed

Any idea ?!

i just download the fw from asus website and extracted on my laptop i  received this error ?

is that problem from the file ? asus support upload it on the website ?

because of that i thought the problem is from my phone i just factory reset my phone after that i download it again same problem
