Hello!

If your phone is not rooted and you received a mail then you should be eligible for the beta 🙂
If you received the mail then just follow the steps and wait as it is a rolling out process and some users might get it before others.

Users that have been selected for the beta should have received the mail, not all users that applied for the beta get selected. Also, the beta is for devices that are not rooted, in that case the devices are automatically not eligible for the beta.
